
Bronwyn Morris B. Com. FCA FAICD
Bronwyn Morris is a Non-Executive Director whose portfolio spans the publicly-listed, unlisted, Government and not-for-profit sectors across a broad range of industries.
She is Vice President and Deputy Chairman of RACQ and is a director of wholly owned subsidiaries RACQ Insurance and RACQ Bank. She is also a director of Collins Foods Limited, Watpac Limited and the Menzies Health Institute Queensland and is Queensland Division President of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Along with other board committees, Bronwyn currently serves as Chairman of, or a member of, the Audit and Risk Committees, for many of her board roles.
Previous board roles include LGIA Super, Spotless Group Limited, QIC Limited, Colorado Group Limited, Stanwell Corporation Limited, Brisbane Marketing Pty Ltd, the Queensland Office of Financial Supervision, Bond University and Queensland Rail (where she was Chairman from 1999 to 2006). She was a member of the Bid Team for the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.
A chartered accountant and former partner of KPMG, Bronwyn worked with that firm and its predecessor firms in audit and corporate services in Brisbane, London and on the Gold Coast. She is a former Queensland State Chairman of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and served on the National Council of that Institute for a number of years.
She was the first female President of The Brisbane Club and is a member of Chief Executive Women.
