About the creator:
National Chief Instructor Australian Academy of Tai Chi and Qigongm, Rod has over 35 years’ experience and conducts professional Tai Chi and Qigong in Australia and overseas. Rod has won many awards and honours, yet his teaching style is very natural, and inspires students of all levels. Stillness gives you an opportunity detect tension in your body, to mindfully fine tune your alignment, and strengthen the body for efficient movement. From a physical and a neurological perspective it has to do with learning how to engage the most powerful internal parts of our body.
