Anguilla

Anguilla is a British Overseas Territory in the Caribbean, one of the most northerly of the Leeward Islands in the Lesser Antilles. It consists of the main island of Anguilla itself, which is approximately 26km long by 5km wide at its widest point, together with smaller islands and cays with no permanent population.
Anguilla attended its first Commonwealth Games in 1998 in Kuala Lumpur, competing in athletics. It has taken part in every Commonwealth Games since. A delegation of five track and field athletes competed in the Manchester 2002 Commonwealth Games and the team was led by the cricketer, Cardigan Connor. Eleven athletes represented Anguilla at the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games in athletics and cycling.
