Cafés for days
With the backdrop of one of the Gold Coast’s most beautiful beaches, Broadbeach is a destination of choice for coffee and café connoisseurs. Start the day with a freshly brewed cup and a baked good (or two). If you’re feeling energised, take a walk through Kurrawa Park, or the Borobi Fan Trail will take you all the way through Surfers Paradise and Main Beach to the Optus Aquatic Centre.

Stages and roundabouts
If you feel like indulging in arts and culture as well as food, you've come to the right place. Festival 2018 at Broadbeach is showcasing hundreds of artists during the Games.
For music, adrenaline and action, head to the open air 360-degree Roundabout Stage on Surf Parade. From dance to urban circus and physical theatre, you’ll be amazed and in awe of the high-energy performances. On the other end of Surf Parade you’ll find the Queensland Music Stage. It’s already hosted Amy Shark and still has plenty of nights of the hottest bands and artists including Bobby Alu, The Jungle Giants, Regurgitator and Kate Miller-Heidke.
Kurrawa Park is the place to let your imagination out to play. Explore Arboria, a giant inflatable maze, check out one of the family shows or experience the intricate and thought-provoking creations of Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander and First Nations artists and communities.

Festival 2018 at Broadbeach is presented by The Star Gold Coast.
